Efi Soffer is a powerful and dedicated FIFA Licensed Player Agent who has been in the business for the past 17 years. Efi is a former player who left Israel at 21 and joined Brooklyn College's Football team on a scholarship. Efi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance and Management.

Efi has created relationships with clubs, agents, and scouts globally. His goal is to open the door for many young players from all over the world. He believes football players need full support during their careers in all aspects on and off the field. Efi has recruited some of the best qualified and experienced staff to work and support his players.

Efi makes his clients his priority by always making himself available to them. As a former Manager of an advertising and P.R. company, he has extreme knowledge of all the media and P.R channels. Efi efficiently carries out all of his players' publicity through the connections he has made.

Efi lives in Israel and is proficient in Hebrew and English.
